Is Cosmic Pet Care a kennel?
No. Cosmic Pet Care is a premium home boarding service where dogs stay inside our home as part of a small family environment—not in cages or kennel blocks.
Do you provide trial stays?
Yes.
For dogs who have never boarded before, we often recommend a daycare or overnight trial before a longer stay.
Can I visit before booking?
Absolutely.
We encourage every family to schedule a Meet & Greet to see the environment, ask questions and ensure we're the right fit.
How many dogs stay at one time?
We intentionally keep only small groups so every guest receives individual attention, supervised interactions and enough personal space.

Will my dog be supervised?
Yes.
Dogs are supervised throughout the day. Groups are created based on compatibility and personality rather than size alone.
How do you introduce new dogs?
Introductions happen slowly and under supervision.
We never force interactions and allow dogs to build confidence at their own pace.

Are dogs kept in cages?
Never.
All guests stay indoors in spacious rooms with free access to common areas according to group rotations.
What happens if my dog becomes unwell?
Minor concerns are communicated immediately. If veterinary care is required, we'll contact you and coordinate treatment with your preferred veterinarian whenever possible.
What vaccinations are required?
We require core vaccinations to be up to date before boarding. Additional recommendations may vary based on age and lifestyle.
How do you prevent conflicts?
Instead of high-value toys that may trigger possessiveness, we focus on calm social interaction, supervised play and structured group management.
How often is the house cleaned?
Daily.
Rooms and common areas are cleaned using:
• Neem-based pet-safe disinfectant
• VetSafe tick & flea floor cleaner
Indoor accidents are cleaned immediately.
Do you provide food?
Yes.
Fresh home-cooked meals are included.
Meals are prepared according to your dog's routine and dietary instructions.

Can I send my dog's own food?
Of course.
If your dog follows a prescription, raw, homemade or specific diet, we'll happily follow it.
What do dogs usually eat?
Meals typically include:

🥦 Fresh vegetables
🍚 Rice
🥣 Curd (when suitable)
Everything is prepared fresh daily.
My dog has separation anxiety. Can they stay?
Yes.
Many first-time guests arrive anxious.
We gradually help them settle using patience, routine, supervised socialisation and plenty of one-on-one attention.
👴 Senior Dogs
My dog is shy.
That's completely okay.
We never force interaction.
Shy dogs receive quieter spaces and are introduced gradually.
My dog is energetic.
Perfect.
They'll enjoy structured indoor play sessions, supervised socialisation and multiple activity breaks throughout the day.
🐶 Behaviour
Do you accept senior dogs?
Yes.
Many of our regular guests are senior dogs.
We adjust routines based on their comfort, mobility and medication schedule.
Can you support my dog’s medication routine?
Yes. Routine medication can be administered or monitored during a stay when agreed in advance and according to the instructions provided by the pet parent.
Do you provide grooming?
Yes.
Our grooming package includes:
